The technical side of landscape photography can be learned from books, magazines or the internet but the only way to learn how to compose an image that does justice to the scene in front of you is out in the landscape. My landscape photography courses will be tailored to match your level of experience.
What you will learn:
- How to compose your image
- Take control of your camera
- The effect of camera settings: aperture, shutter speed & ISO
- The creative use of filters
No two courses will be the same, each will be tailored to your requirements and level of experience, from beginners to enthusiasts.
Full day or half day courses available.
Courses are suitable for owners of all digital cameras
I will have my camera with me and may be taking pictures myself during the course – you will be free to use my camera equipment including tripod and filters.
By definition, landscape photography means getting out in the landscape, which is usually uneven, steep, slippery and wet, as such I cannot accept any liability for injury that may be sustained during the course.
A deposit of £25 will be payable on booking before the course, the balance being payable on he day.
Gower courses are available on request.
Under 18s can be accompanied by a non-participating parent/guardian at no extra cost.
Courses will usually be run of Fridays or weekends at a date that is convenient for you.
